The Municipal budget represents approximately 25% of your tax bill. We will be voting for two members of the Township Committee. The Primary will be held on June 7 of this year. Anyone wishing to run for Township Committee as a member of a party can obtain a petition from the Township Administrator, Gail McKane. Party affiliated petitions are due by April 11. Petitions to run as an independent are due by 4pm the day of the Primary Election. Pending legislation may change these dates. Please contact Gail McKane for the most up-to-date information. For those of you wondering where the other 25% of your tax bill goes- a small portion goes to open space and the county gets the rest.
