At the October Township Committee meeting, Thumbnail asked if the Township needed volunteers to serve on any of the Boards, Committees and Commissions that help make Harding run. Answer: Volunteers are needed for ALL these entities! They are the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, Board of Health, Environmental Committee, Citizens Parks Advisory, Shade Tree, Historic Preservation, Harding Open Space Trust.
If you are interested, there is a document (Appointed Positions Registry) on the Township Website (www.hardingnj.org) that describes the process with an application form in the Appendix of that document. Go hardingnj.org and search for “appointed” and a link to the document will appear. Fill out the application and bring it to the township clerk, Lisa A. Sharp ([email protected]).
